I havent drawn Tobi in a while......though it makes me over joyed and all butterfly stomache-y to draw him c:
Makes me smile....

A very un-happy Tobi is some you will very rarely ever see, he doesnt get angered easily (depending on what it is he usually doesnt let it bother him and lets it off as there cutting there nose off to spite they're own face)

Hehe....bedroom eye's.....Tobi does them very well.... >w>

over all Tobi is usually always in a relaxed mood, kinda mellow.....he enjoys to joke around most of the time, and he's pretty much a layed back happy kind of personality.....
